The Html always includes tags that are opening and closing. It is made up of code, and with software you can include things such as comments and customizable things.

This ensures that the file can be easily accessible in Google Chrome, Safari or any other hosting website. When this isn’t done, the format isn’t correct and cant be uploaded to the server properly.
