The HTML Boilerplate is the underlying structure of a webpage. The main parts of a Boilerplate are its tags which are the head, title, and body. The head tag is used for containing specific information about a web page or better known as metadata. The title tag shows the name of the website you created in the search bar. Lastly, the body is used to contain a pages physical content such as images, text, and many others.
Naming an HTML file index.html is important since it is much easier for servers to pick up.
